Not sure if this will help in any way, but I am also going through the dry eye/staring at the screen all day thing. I’m 49 for context. Testosterone HRT could help. My doc just made me up some l-cysteine eye drops to try as well, as the regular ones were not helping. Oh and the other life saver is this eye compress https://a.co/d/eFOtkz4
ah Natalie. love love love both videos (Stanley wins Dancing With The Stars!) thank you for risking silly. and for being you! oh, and congrats on tossing the aspirational pants.
as an aging...scratch that, wisdom-ing woman, i'm embracing my "croning" years. the book Hagitude by Sharon Blackie helped as well has her work with fairy tales about old women. shows the power of our experiences and wisdom. we are a force to be reckoned with, eh? (once we put in our eye drops, pull on our knee braces, pop in our hearing aids, etc...)
Good post, Natalie! You may want to check out Dr. Berg on Youtube. He has a whole thing about styes. (He recommends keto diet and fasting for basically everything, which is not really my thing, and may not be yours either!) But he also has some possibly simple remedies like zinc, vitamins, garlic, etc etc. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T-XkGB-lfz8
She was terrific and her voice liberated me. Even though I was not well moneyed at all, nor from the south, nor did I have a safety net like her characters, I lived how unapologetically they lived their lives. 🧡. Thank you for reading!
I love Stanley!
Aww! All the best people love Stanley!

What sad news about Ellen Gilchrist. She was a big influence on me too. Thank you for letting us know. (and for ALL of your fabulous links)
